Everyone,
Well, a couple town officials and I have been battling with the National Forest and the Bradford Water Authority to get roads, but we haven't been able to get a firm commitment to use the roads. I have been forced to postpone the event until next year. I'd rather postpone the event now instead of getting a bunch of deposits and then cancelling after everyone has made plans to attend the event.

The event is not dead. The National Forest still wants to talk with us and the city is still VERY excited about getting an event together. I'm going to continue working on the event at full steam.
