Helpful Worker Hints

This is a list of items we have found to be useful and will make your day in the woods more enjoyable!

Must Have!

• Warm clothing (it can get cold at night even in summer)
• Rain gear and/or umbrella
• Flashlights
• Insect repellent
• Clipboard with paper and plenty of pens

Nice To Have!

• Scanner (listen to the Radio Net and know what's going on)
• Cooler for for food and soda
• CB radio
• Digital wrist watch
• Road maps of the area

Along with the above, we always have an emergency toolkit in our vehicle, spare oil and water,
also a fire extinguisher, first-aid kit and tow strap!
