Blue Mountain Region, SCCA Presents:
A New !! Coefficient 2 Divisional PRO Rally
September 25-27, 1998 -- Harrisville, NY
(Located 45 minutes north of Utica, NY)
The Black River Stages will count toward the 1998 Northeast Divisional PRO Rally Championship.
All stages will consist of gravel and sand based roads which range from tight and twisty to more open
and flowing roads that are one and one half to two lanes wide.
All stage roads are owned and maintained by the townships of Lewis County, New York. There will be one
central service location where your service vehicle can be dropped off on the way to stage one and left for
the duration of the rally. All stages will range in length from 4 to 8 miles. The rally will be
approximately 100 miles long with 50% of the mileage being stages.
There will be three spectator stages located on the grounds of Adirondack International Speedway.
This is a brand new oval track and road course that has not yet been completed, i.e., it s still all dirt!
We will be setting up a stage using the new track surface, the access roads and fields located on the grounds.
This stage should be approximately 4 to 5 miles in length and will have a Cash Award for fast time in
each class for each time the stage is run (04,02,U2). There are bleachers for viewing as well as food and
restroom facilities available.
An additional prize fund will be set up for overall and class awards based on number of entries.
Entry will be $200 US. Entry received after September 12 will be $250 and $300 day of event.
Canadian funds will be accepted at par from legitimate Canadian competitors.
There will be a limit of 35 cars.
